Shipping
We can virtually ship to any address in the world (except certain countries). All orders are shipped the next-day with the exception of weekends & holidays.
Tracking information and order updates will be automatically sent to the email address you provide during checkout.
U.S. orders are delivered in 1-3 days. International orders take 3-5/6-10 business days to depending on the shipping service selected.
*Note that some countries like Australia do not allow kava products so please make sure to check with your customs before you place an order. It will be the sole responsibility of the buyer, once shipped we do have control of any packages. If you are concerned about how your items are declared on the customs form (ex. herbal supplement, food supplement, ect...) or have any questions/requests, please feel free to Contact Us anytime.
*International orders over 10 LB (ex. 11 LB, 20 LB, 30 LB ect...) are automatically shipped using USPS EXPRESS MAIL 3-5 BUSINESS DAY regardless of shipping choice (Takes approx. 5-10 working days to reach the EU and other countries)
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

- A 3.5% transaction fee will be deducted for US refunds and a 4.5% fee will be deducted for international refunds.
